Pre-order release dates are manufacturer estimates and may change. Orders ship after the product arrives at Toyvix, is ready for dispatch, and full payment has been completed. Product-specific cancellation terms shown at the time of purchase apply.
For deposit-based pre-orders, a separate balance invoice is sent when stock arrives. The balance is not charged automatically. Where clearly disclosed before purchase, a deposit may become non-refundable after the reservation is committed to the manufacturer or supplier.
