Shipping & delivery
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Tracked delivery generally takes 5–15 business days after dispatch and varies by destination. Free worldwide shipping is included. Import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply depending on the destination and are the customer’s responsibility.
Pre-order terms
Pre-order release dates are manufacturer estimates, not dispatch or delivery dates. They may change. Orders ship after the item arrives at Toyvix, is ready for dispatch, and all required payments are complete.
For Deposit orders, Toyvix emails a separate balance invoice to the address used at checkout when the item is ready for dispatch. The invoice states the remaining product balance, currency, and due date. Payment is due within 7 calendar days after the email is sent and is not charged automatically. If unpaid, the reservation may be cancelled. Any retention of a deposit after an exceptional cancellation or nonpayment is subject to the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law.
If Full Price is offered and selected, the displayed full product price is paid at checkout and no additional product balance is due.
Pre-orders are generally final. Change-of-mind cancellation is not normally accepted after an order is placed. If you believe a legal right applies or want us to consider an exception, contact support@toyvix.com with your order number. If Toyvix cannot fulfill the affected item, all payments collected for it will be refunded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Returns & damaged items
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, complete and in their original packaging. For damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video.
